The March 2019 TCC meeting in Altafulla, Spain, included multiple presentations on a wide range of destinations, along with a multicultural menu featuring dishes from Mexico, the Middle East, Thailand, Morocco, Peru, the Caribbean and Cabinda in West Africa.
